Roundtable-Town Hall Meetings/ Barbara Ehrenreich at MC:

  • September 27th “Living Wage”  1-2:30 pm,  2nd Floor of the ST by MC Munchies. Panelist: Senator Jamie Raskin,  Delegate Jeff Waldstreicher, Casa of Maryland. Moderator: Rev. Barry Lynn. Longtime lawyer, author and activist, director of Americans United and first amendment expert. Guest on Nightline, PBS News Hour, CNN's Crossfire, CBS 60 Minutes, and Fox New' s The O' Reilly Factor.
     

  • October 11th Barbara Ehrenreich speaking at TP/SS  1-2 pm, location TBA
     

  • October 24th  “Health Care”  10-11:30 am,  2nd Floor of the ST by MC Munchies.  Panelist: Members of local and national health care community.
     

  • November 8th  “Big Box vs. Mom and Pop: Employer-Employee Relations” 10-11:30 am,  2nd Floor of the ST by MC Munchies.  Panelist: former Wal-Mart employee, members of the local business community (big box and mom and pop stores).

Moderator, November 8th: Steve Roberts, 30 year veteran and syndicated columnist with frequent appearances on Washington Week, CNN, ABC, frequent host NPR’s Diane Rehm Show and with his wife Cokie Roberts a regular columnist for the New York Daily News
