Common Reading
Read, reflect, and act through the First-Year Common Reading Experience!  During the 2007-2008 academic year, the Takoma Park/Silver Spring Campus of Montgomery College will have the opportunity to come together around the reading of Barbara Ehrenreich’s noteworthy and best selling book Nickel and Dimed: On (Not) Getting By in America.  Although designed with the first year students and faculty and staff who work with first year students, the common reading is open to the entire campus community.

Click here, First Year Common Reading, or on the book to visit our website!
