IT Service Center - Takoma Park:

The Takoma Park Service Center is located in room 111 RC. The Service Center is open Monday through Friday: 9 am – 5 pm, Slide card access Monday through Thursday: 8 am – 9:30 pm and Friday and Saturday: 8 am – 4 pm. Hardware available in the Service Center includes:

• 4 Dell GX240 computers
• 2 HP Scanners
• 5 DVD -RW drives
• 1 Firewire card
• 1 Dazzle Hollywood DV-Bridge external firewire video capture device
• 1 Mac 2.66GHz Dual core, 2G Memory (FinalCut Pro 5.1.4, FileMaker pro, and ILLUSTRATOR)

Podcasting hardware is available on two PC's.

A variety of software is available on the five Service Center computer stations. Standard software includes:

Technical support during open hours will be provided by IT Associates and the MR staff. Additional support will be by appointment only and must be arranged by contacting Paula Liverpool-Davis at X 1581.
