Montgomery College Professor Named Apple Distinguished Educator for the Class of 2007	Montgomery College Professor Harry St. Ours of the Communications Arts Technologies department has been named an Apple Distinguished Educator (ADE) for the Class of 2007.
2006 Maryland Professor of the Year	Montgomery College Professor Joan Naake has been named the 2006 Maryland Professor of the Year by the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching, a national foundation dedicated to supporting teaching, and the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), the largest international association of education institutions.
