Fire and Rescue Services and/or EMT
Description The Fire
and Rescue Services program prepares students for certification as a Fire
Fighter and/or Emergency Medical Technician/Basic.
Students learn emergency fire and rescue procedures and/or
emergency diagnosis, treatment, and care of the injured.
The Montgomery county Department of Fire and Rescue Services and
the Maryland Institute for Emergency Medical Services administer final
written, and practical examinations.
