Interior Design Program Mission Statement

• To train graduates in drawing, CAD, design and technical skills for employment in interior design, architectural or A&D support firms.

• To prepare graduates of the A.A.S. NKBA track degree for employment in kitchen and bath design and for the National Kitchen and Bath Association's AKBD (Associate Kitchen and Bath Designer) exam.

• To prepare graduates to successfully transfer to four-year interior design programs.

• To provide current training and professional development for professional interior designers in the community.
