Thank you for your interest in Montgomery College’s Motorcycle Safety Program, approved by the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration. We offer the BRC (Basic Rider Course) for beginning riders seeking to get licensed, ABRC (Alternate Basic Rider Course) for experienced riders seeking to get licensed, and the BRC II (Basic Rider Course II) - previously ERC: Experienced Rider Course, for experienced riders needing skill enhancements. Motorcycle Registration will now operate as open enrollment permitting web, fax, mail, and in-person registrations. Students may register at any WD&CE Customer Service Office.
