In this camp, you are encouraged to use a variety of different mediums. Create a paper mosaic of a dragon in a fantasy habitat or an animal in their environment. Sculpt an abstract sculpture or build a space station with clay and other fun stuff. Create a collage and write something about it. Continue this story or make other collages creating a book of short stories. Choose a color scheme for your next painting from a color wheel; then do your painting using a mixture of different mediums. Make a necklace with beads or airplanes with paper. Summer Dinner Theatre (Ages 16 and up) |
Summer Dinner Theatre is an educational experience that focuses on producing musical theatre in a dinner theatre setting. In this intensive 11-week course, we present two major musicals, giving 15 public performances and serving more than 5,000 meals. We look for students who are talented, willing to work hard, and have some theatrical experience. Although Summer Dinner Theatre is a college-level course, we encourage talented high school students and interested community members to audition and/or interview for the course. Scholarships are available.
