Class Description
Dropbox image
Dropbox is a free downloadable program that automatically backs up, syncs, shares and manages your files, photos, music, and videos on multiple computers and mobile devices. It helps you use "the cloud" to collaborate with others on projects. The class will explain, demonstrate and provide hands-on experience with all of the Dropbox features. No more "thumb drives!"

Target Audience
Any Faculty, staff or administrator who wants to improve computer skills and productivity.

Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this class, you will be able to:
  • Install and set up Dropbox on multiple devices.
  • Set up and use Photo Galleries and Public folders.
  • Set up and use Private and Shared/collaboration folders.
  • Invite, manage, and "kick out" collaborators.
  • Use collaboration tracking and file version recovery.
