Every user must initially log in as a first-time user and complete a PDS profile. You must do this, even if you have used the previous training registration websites. After completing your PDS profile, you’ll be able to log in using the PDS ID and password that you’ve set up, signup for events and manage your records using the PDS ID and password that you’ve set up. If you have attempted to complete your profile twice and the system still cannot find it when you log in, then click here.

You will be at one of these places when you are required to log in:
  1. Log In Page (you’ve clicked “Log In” on the top menu bar)
  2. Signup Page (you’ve clicked the search button or responded to an announcement)
  3. Manage Your Records page (you’ve clicked “Manage Your Records” on the top menu bar)

How to Complete Your PDS Profile, obtain your user ID and create your password
  1. 1. Click the “First-Time Users” link at the top of the page.
  2. Click the “MC-User” option button and then the “Submit” button.
  3. Type in your first name and last name exactly as they appear in Banner.
  4. Type in your two-digit month of birth, a slash and two-digit day of birth.
  5. Click the “Find” button to retrieve your PDS profile. If your PDS profile can’t be found, see below.
  6. Complete your PDS profile as directed. When done, you’ll be linked to the Manage Your Records page.
  7. If you would like to search for a class, click “Search” or “Catalog” in the menu bar at the top of the page.
  8. Click the “Log Out” link in the navigation bar at the top of the page when you are finished using the system.


If your PDS profile can’t be found after two attempts to login:
Call the Help Desk at X7222.

If you are attempting to sign up for a class, call the help desk and then contact the sponsor of the class and ask to be registered offline. To find a training sponsor’s contact information:
  1. Click “Catalog” in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
  2. Scroll through the program and class listings to find the event of interest.
  3. Click on the program or class title to display its description page.
  4. Scroll to the very bottom of the description page to find the contact person’s name and telephone number.
*Note: To protect the security of your records, it is imperative that you log out of the system when you are finished. Click the “”Log Out” link on the navigation bar. Simply closing the browser window without clicking “Log Out” may pose a security risk.
