In-service and customized training and organizational development services are developed in consultation with a unit’s dean, director, or manager and focus on a specific need of the staff and/or faculty. The service may be a facilitated meeting with the unit, a series of targeted sessions, a special seminar, or a retreat. Additionally, technology training requirements not addressed by our regularly scheduled classes or the technology tips and tutorials, may also be addressed through customized services.

Because of the initial diagnostic and development time required to tailor a response to the unit, adequate advance time is needed when requests are made.
