Boilerplate Paragraphs for Accommodations Letters - Montgomery College
Note: These boilerplate letters serve as ready-made paragraphs which may be used by the DSS counselors to design individualized letters for students based on documentation and discussion with the student. They may be combined when multiple disabilities are present. The letters are then word-processed, eliminating the unused paragraphs. The counselor initials the letters, keeping a copy for the student's file, then they are given to the student for distribution.
