Design guidance is provided to Architectural Engineering Teams through various contract documents.

In order to comply with the Montgomery County Code “ Building Energy Performance Standards” the College provides the design teams with a copy of the Energy Design Guidelines.  These guidelines provide information on procedures and processes and on standard design features required by the College.

The Office of Facilities is currently working with a team of Architectural/Engineering Consultants in developing detailed design standards.
