PE 103 Fencing I
An introduction to fencing including rules, customs, and the use of the foil. Instruction includes both offensive and defensive techniques. 1 credit
PE 105 Golf
An introductory course which includes introduction to the full swing, chipping, and putting skills. 1 credit
PE 106 Intermediate Golf
Provides for further development of individual skills in the full swing, chipping, and putting. Also covers techniques including unusual lies and creative shotmaking, rules, and etiquette. 1 credit
PE 111 Martial I
An introductory self-defense course using techniques from karate, jujitsu, and judo. 1 credit
PE 116 Tennis I
An introductory level course which emphasizes learning the basic strokes including forehand, backhand, serve, and volley. Strategy, history, etiquette and rules are introduced. 1 credit
PE 117 Tennis II
An intermediate level class which includes a review of basic strokes and adds spin serves, overhead smash, and lob. Competition strategies discussed and practiced. 1 credit
PE 165 Yoga
Includes exercises, postures, and breathing techniques which relieve tension, increase muscle flexibility, and promote good health. 1 credit
