Single Supplement - $3,445.00

INCLUSIONS:
• Roundtrip airfare from Washington DC to Dakar
• 12 nights hotel accommodations at a 3-4 star hotel – Novotel or similar
• Breakfast daily at hotel.
• Full day tour of Saloum Delta National Park - Bird Watching Tour
• Full day visit to the Isle De Goree – meet local students & Teachers
• Half day sightseeing with professional tour guide in Dakar
• Visit to the “Masion des Esclaves”
• Kaolack overnight stay and visit to local traditional area villages
• Full day Ethnicity tour in Banjul – overnight in hotel
• Banjul to Saly Resort – overnight (could do 2 nights)
• Full day visit to Bandia Park Natural Reserve
• Transportation via 25 passenger air conditioned motorcoach -Toyota
• Travel insurance for each participant
• All taxes and fees

• The visa for the Gambia (available at the border for 30 USD)
• Drinks during the meals
• Any kind of other expenses such as souvenirs, tips …etc
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Reservations/Payment:
A $200.00 per person deposit is due by June 30, 2009
A 2nd payment of $1,000.00 per person is due by July 30, 2009
Rooming list and final payment is due on September 30, 2009
Cancellation:
All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Travel insurance is included in your package and allows individuals to cancel their trip at any time due to a family or medical emergency and receive a full refund.
Accommodations:
The hotels used in this tour package meet all city requirements for safety, sanitation, and security. Normal check-in time is 3:00pm. Edu Trips will coordinate payment for room and tax; individuals will be responsible for incidental charges (e.g. phone, room service, etc.).
Tour Participant Release Forms and Code of Conduct:
All tour participants (and parents if participant is under the age of 18) are required to review and sign the attached tour participant agreement. The agreement consists of a liability release form, medical information request, specific tour itinerary and code of conduct.
Responsibility:
Edu Trips NY, Inc., its employees, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns (collectively, “Edu Trips”) does not own or operate any entity that provide goods or services for your trip including, for example, lodging facilities; airline, vessel or other transportation companies; guides or guide services; local ground operators; providers or organizers of optional excursions; food service providers; etc. All such persons and entities are independent contractors. As a result, Edu Trips is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity or of any third party. Without limitation, Edu Trips NY, is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage to person or property, death, delay or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether occasioned by or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God or force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other failure or airplanes or other means of transportation or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive
or depart timely, dangers associated with animals, sanitation problems, food poisoning, lack of or quality of medical care, illness or disease, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Edu Trips.
PAYMENTS/INSTRUCTIONS:
Reservation and Payment Deadlines:
- $200.00 deposit with this signed form and “Application” form sent by June 30, 2009; seats are limited, but this payment guarantees a seat
- $1,000.00 deposit due July 30; required ticket deposit for all participants
- $2,045.00 remaining balance due September 30, 2009; final payment for all
- Registration, attendance and full participation in three, mandatory Saturday morning sessions (one and a half hours in length each) for pre-departure instruction and orientation to be held at Montgomery College and provided by Workforce Development and Continuing Education, and the Study Abroad program (exact dates and times will follow the submission of this form)
