Services at the WRLC include instructional support for courses in reading, writing, or speech in languages supported by the College. Computer Tutorial Language Center (CTLC) The Computer Tutorial Language Center, housed in the WRLC, is available to Montgomery College students and offers instructional software for language skills: English, reading, writing, American English pronunciation and the Spanish and French languages.
