May 22, 2002, Center for Entrepreneurship Director
Jerry Feigen testified before a US Senate committee
hearing on Small Business and Entrepreneurship.
He urged the Senators to consider the impact of
regulatory reforms in the wake of the Enron scandal
will have on small businesses and entrepreneurs.
"The regulatory aftermath of Enron will hit the
small business pocketbook in two years and we should
be concerned now," Feigen said.
