Ms. Johnson has been employed with Montgomery College since January 1977. She began as Office Assistant in Facilities and has since worked in the following offices: Counseling, Physical Education, Planning and Institutional Research and Management. She took a leave of absence for one year and worked as a temp in a number of offices on campus. She now works for the Hospitality Management Program, Marriott Hospitality Center, and the Education Department.

Ms. Johnson completed the course Leadership Development which is offered through the college. She continues to take courses at the college and attends seminars for self enrichment and to improve her job skills. Ms. Johnson has received Employee of the Month, Staff Recognition Award and an Outstanding Service Award.
