The Physical Sciences Department at Takoma Park/Silver Spring
currently offers one Engineering course. Other engineering courses

Course Offered:
ES 100 Introduction to Engineering Design
This three-credit course provides an overview and application of the
basic tools ands techniques of engineering design and graphic
communication. ES 100 must be taken by all engineering majors and may
be taken by students who need a Natural Science Non-Laboratory
Distribution (NSND) course. The mathematic pre-requisite is MA
100/101/103 at an assessment level of EN101/101A, RD 120.
(Two hours lecture, two hours laboratory each week.)
