BUILDING AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE (x71563)

BUILDING SERVICES:

The Building Services Unit employs three shifts (morning, evening, and midnight) to provide 24-hour cleaning services. These services include:

• Trash Removal
• General Janitorial Services
• Relocation Services
• Set-Ups

Note: All set-up requests should be sent to the Facilities Office at least five (5) working days prior to the date of the event. Fees will be charged for weekend set-ups and cleaning.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES:

The General Maintenance Unit provides daily maintenance of the outside areas of the campus, including the five-story parking garage. Services include the following:

• General Landscape Maintenance
• Parking Garage Maintenance
• Recycling Program Oversight
• Placing Signs for Events and Registration
