Patricia Bartlett, Ph.D.
Biography:
Dr. Patricia Bartlett joined Montgomery College as an Instructional Designer
in the College’s Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) in 2003. She most
recently served as CTL’s Interim Director. Her professional experience includes
several leadership positions at Hood College in Frederick, Maryland: Acting Dean
of the Graduate School; Department Chairperson; Assistant Dean of Academic
Affairs; and Director of the Onica Prall Child Development Laboratory School.
