Susan Wright Clutter

Susan Wright Clutter graduated from Gaithersburg High School in 1990 and received a B.A in Biology from Clark University in 1994. After working in the crime scene investigation field for several years, she returned to school for a Masters of Forensic Science from George Washington University, which she received in 2002.

Susan worked for the Baltimore City Police Department for several years as a CSI, and later worked for the Montgomery County Police Department in its crime lab. Aside from general crime scene work, she is also considered to be an expert in blood spatter interpretation. 

Susan quit the police department in 2004 so she could continue a new career as a college professor. She now works at Montgomery College in Rockville, and also at Northern VA Community College.
