From 9:18pm to 10:00pm.. Karin worked with the entire cast on what she called “KARINS ACTING 101.”
Worked out everyone’s conflicts. I updated everyone’s conflicts on the new schedule I will be sending out. They were informed that there will be no more requested time off.
Actors were informed that they will be off book by Sunday February 7th, and no more line calling as of Saturday February 13th.
Actors were also informed that they need to contact/text or call me if they are going to be late. Not to contact other cast members.

Production Meeting. January 27th
Mary Sugar called, was unable to make it. Scott was teaching class. Elizabeth called in sick.
COSTUMES--------------------------------------------------
AMALIA- has 2 costumes as of right now. 1st- Shirt and Blouse Combo. 2nd – Same as 1st, just adding a jacket.
ILONA- her entire costumes has to be built from scratch, because nothing will fit her. Her final dress after she meets her new guy, is going to be more subdued than any of her previous clothes, but not so much that it makes her a different person. It will also have a sash on it.
ARPAD- He’s going to have knickers.
KODALY- He possibly may have a cream colored suit.
MARACZEK- He will not have a 3 piece suit. However he will have a high buttoned-notched collared vest.
Still Need measurements for Sean Forsythe, Alexander Kraskal, Jonathan Miot, Christopher Robinson, Nick Towns, and Sarah Layer. Please have them come in before the end of this week 1-29-10. Come in before rehearsal or sometime during the day. Can’t start process until they have their measurements. Cast will be called later for fittings.
PROPS--------------------------------------------------------
There will be lots of glassware and plasticware, what’s not secured to the set, will need to be taken off every night while they are loading in. Need to also remove all furniture and everything that is not attached to set/stage.
Leaves, Petals, Snow. Big bucket full of stuff. Someone up there on catwalk doing it.. The whole catwalk is going to wiggle the lights. If you keep them more on the sides it will wiggle less. Possibly check on a dump bucket… but that is a time issue. If we can come up with something else we will do it.
MUSIC-------------------------------------------------------
Not putting orchestra in wings… it can cause a lot of problems and sound quality is bad. Not sure we can even get a piano down in the pit, because Mary will be on a platform and they are unable to put a piano on a platform.
PRODUCTION----------------------------------------------
Turn table installed in PAC on Feb 8th. Cast moves in PAC on FEB 10th. We will be taping out where the walls will be etc.. until everything has been built.
Next Production Meetings on February 10th at 4pm.
Need to reschedule SHOW & TELL. Elizabeth was sick, and Emilie needed a little more time to get things together.
REHEARSAL------------------------------------------------
Probably in 2 weeks we will start chunking scenes together…stumble through on the 12th or 13th… Possibly just act1, possibly act 2. On Feb 11th…act1 stumble through. On Feb 12th …act 2 stumble through. Stumble through entire show on the 13th. After that we will go back and work the bits.
Varify Enrollment with everyone. Give until Feb 1. And then threaten to take necessary action.
Add Dennis, Roger, Jeanne arieljjb@aol.com, Lisa, Matt, Tommy, Jennifer Theis, Light board op. etc…. to the Rehearsal reports.
