Lecture Materials

Step 1 - Complete the Interactive Time Chart linked below.

Step 2 - Complete the Time Management/Procrastination Tutorial. The Tutorial is located in the Table of Contents for this module. It is important to begin this tutorial immediately.  In one activity you will keep track of how you spend time for one week. Copy the form and start keeping track today.

You will find the following 4 lessons - Time, Procrastination, Priorities, & Goals in the Time Management Tutorial.  In each lesson you will find links to websites for additional information about the topic. You are encouraged, but not required to visit each of these websites.  Frequently there are other interactive self assessments to help you learn more about yourself. Each lesson has an activity behind the red button in the middle of the page, but only the Summary Sheet assignment at the end of the Goals lesson needs to be turned in.  It might be best to run a hard copy of the Summary Sheet and take notes as you work through each lesson.

Step 3 - Complete the Summary Sheet and submit it.
