Week 2 Values & Skills

Introduction

This week is all about learning what motivates you.  Values are what is important to you.  Skills, abilities, aptitudes and preferences for using certain types of "intelligences" is all about how you want to define what you do at a job on a daily basis.  Life offers enough challenges.  Most of us want to use the skills that are easiest for us to develop in our career.  This week you will focus on these two topics as well as developing a way to make what you are learning in this class visible to you, to me, and to anyone else you want to share that information.  You will be developing a web based career ePortfolio to display the work you are doing in this course.  It is an easy piece of software that lets you put your information in a secure place on the web.
