Online Student Services Planning Guide

Directions:  Format your plan in any way that is useful for you.  You may use a summary of your findings, bulleted lists, answers to the questions asked in the Week 3 lecture, the format suggested by the orientation sample, the career services sample, or one of your choosing.  Please include webpage addresses (URLS) in your report so we can all visit these websites. 

The goal of this assignment is for you to develop a plan for improving one online student services at your institution.

By Wednesday of the last week of the workshop, submit your Planning Guide by attaching the document to a discussion board message.

Step 1 Identify Your Topic

Step 2 Review and analyze your institutions current remotely delivered student services covering your topic.

Step 3 Identify critical components of your website.

Step 4 Find college websites that demonstrate good practices of critical components
