Step 2 Review and analyze your institutions current remotely delivered student services covering your topic.

 

Currently, I think the website that we utilize is good, but I would like to see a different outline, it is linked from another site.

 

The components I would prefer would be

To list on the front page, a single point of entry, for all of the links and areas that I student could access, so that there would always be the option to return to home.

Also, the current links could tell a bit more about where that link is leading the student.

Step 3 Identify critical components of your website.

Right now, we have a resource available to students, which, to me, is a one stage one and stage two site. I would like parts of it to have more exploratory, or maybe a place for a response from an online career counselor. Also, I would like it to feature alumni and maybe a place for a blog. In other words we need to incorporate more of Generation 3 and Generation 4.

This website is to the Career Key. Students can take personality tests and match personalities with careers. There is information for parents to read about how they effect choices their student makes.
