During fall and spring semesters, International
Students who are here on a F-1 Visas must take at least 9 of the 12
credits required for full time status on
campus. They can take up to 3 online
learning credits per semester to make the 12 credit minimum load
required to maintain status. Online credits in excess of the 12
credit minimum can be taken each semester. Bottom line - during fall
and spring International Students must enroll in 9 credits of courses
that meet face-2-face and must enroll in no less than 12 credits.
During summer semesters, International Students
can take or not take whatever they want - face-2-face or online.
Maintenance of F-1 Visa Status is a concern only during fall and
spring semester.
