Gillian Reid-Nelson, Student Support Specialist
Success Tip: One tip I would offer students is to "write
things down." Get into the habit of using a daily planner.
As a college student, I developed this habit and it was the single
most important factor to my success in college.
I have a Bachelor's of Science degree from the
University of Maryland in Rehabilitation Counseling and a Master's
Degree from the University of Maryland in Management.
Please see me for individualized tutoring in study skills, time
management, learning styles, reducing test anxiety, and
organizational skills. I work primarily with DSS students,
student athletes, and at-risk students, however, I am available to
help any student who can benefit from these services.
