(Designed for the returning and new adult student at Montgomery College.)
This course meets on Saturdays and will help you crystallize your career goals as you return to college. You will take a close look at your present values, interest and skills to see how they relate to the current job market. If you are seeking a second career, you will be identifying employers where your best skills and education can be incorporated for maximum professional advancement. This course offers you the opportunity to chart your future career direction as you complete your educational endeavors.
Adults: Translate Prior Learning into Credit!!
Montgomery College will host information sessions on the Portfolio Option (DS 150) and provide information on additional ways of getting college credit by demonstrating knowledge and experience equivalent to that learned in credit classes at Montgomery College. You will learn creative ways to "package" work experience for college credit, take a test & earn the credit or accelerate your course load with distance learning classes.
