Dr. Solomon has an extensive background in higher education, including more than 20 years of experience in counseling and student development as an administrator. Most recently, he served as the president and CEO of Solomon Development Group, providing consulting and training services in the areas of enrollment management, organizational development, strategic planning, and multicultural awareness.

Previously, Dr. Solomon served as the vice president for student affairs at the University of the District of Columbia, dean of student life at the Community College of Philadelphia and the director of Counseling and Student Development Center at Bowie State University. Dr. Solomon holds a Ph.D. in education policy and social foundations from the University of Maryland. He has also earned a M.S. in counselor education from the University of Dayton and a B.S. in history education from Central State University.
