Writing Center Lab Policies |

• Student must be
currently enrolled at MC, have their own current valid ID, and be
working on assignments for this college to use computers. Signing
in for students or
users without valid ID's is not
permitted. Lab privileges are not transferable. Violators
may lose
their privileges.

• This lab is for
Montgomery College class-related work ONLY.
|
|
•
This lab is open to
any currently enrolled MC student, but Germantown students take
precedence.
|
|
•
Lab assistant
reserves the right to request to see student's current valid ID
and/or a
student's
registration form.
|
|
•
Classes have first
priority in using computers during scheduled class times. Please
note
that scheduled
class times are subject to change.
|
|
•
MS Word 2003 / 2007 users
MUST have previous knowledge of this programs. Lab
assistants
will
not provide
training for this software.
|
|
• Disk is recommended; work saved
to server will be deleted once a week. |
|
•
Any workstation in
use is not to be left unattended. Unattended workstation will be
logged
out.
|
|
•
The lab is not
responsible for items lost or left in lab. |
|
•
Children
under 16 are not permitted in the lab when you intend to work. |
|
•
NO
food or drink of any type is allowed in the lab. |
|
•
Cell phones are not
permitted in the lab. |
|
•
NO PERSONAL WORK IS
PERMITTED. |
