This payment schedule only applies to credit courses.
(Continuing Education courses must be paid in full at the time of registration.)

After 7:00am January 15, all registration is considered binding. If you register for classes, you are responsible for all charges.

Payment or payment arrangements (FACTS, financial aid, sponsor documents) are expected the day you register. In order to avoid financial responsibility, you must officially drop your classes if you decide not to attend. DO NOT assume you will be dropped automatically. Failure to pay, failure to officially withdraw or failure to attend will not relieve you of the responsibility for these charges.
Please note: Some students who have NOT paid by these dates will NOT be deleted for non-payment. Examples include: students who have been awarded financial aid, students who have signed a form with the Financial Aid Office holding their place in classes, students with an active FACTS plan (completed by midnight) and students with third-party (sponsor) payment arrangements (with paperwork on file). These students will not have their registrations deleted.

System Unavailable: The student system will be unavailable for payment or registration for approximately 1 hour while the delete process is running.

Late Payment Fee: Payment or payment arrangements (FACTS, financial aid, sponsor documents) must be completed by January 31. Students who do not pay by that date will be charged a $50 Late Payment Fee on February 1.

*FACTS Plans - You must enroll with FACTS by midnight before a delete to have your schedule held. FACTS enrollment after midnight will not hold your classes through the delete process.

***Unpaid registrations will be deleted at 7:00am on January 8 and 15.
