I am a student at Montgomery College who is willing to work hard to get where I want to go in life. I graduated from Walter Johnson high school and my academic goal is to do well in my studies so that I can enter a career in the biomedical sciences. I am passionate about the biomedical field, because it can provide so much information that can be used to help others. I am a member of the biomedical scholars program, and because of that I had a paid summer research internship at the University of Maryland. The internship that I did over the summer was basically trying to prove that exercise will lower insulin and glucose levels in men and women between the ages on 65-75.
