My name is Silvia Perdomo. I was born and raised in Venezuela. Then, I moved to the United States in 2000 and finished high school. I graduated from Magruder High School in 2001. Immediately after, I applied and was accepted to the Biomedical Scholars Program at Montgomery College. They have made my life in college easier, offering me a lot of guidance and counseling throughout my two years at MC. I'll be graduating at the end of the Spring semester, and I'll be probably going to UMBC or UMCP, majoring in Molecular Biology and Pre-medicine. My future plans are to get into med school and become a plastic surgeon or a forensic medical doctor.
