Gaming Industry and Level DesignUnreal Academic Partner
CMAP 190 (Intro to Game & Simulation Development) gets you started with game development. Make 2D games using Flash and ActionScript in CMAP 125 and 225. In CMAP 290 (Building Game World) you'll use engines like Unreal or Unity to create 3D levels and game worlds.

Graphics and Animation
Begin creating digital graphics in GDES 120. In more advanced courses, you can create2D (GDES 140) and 3D animation (GDES 240).

Web Skills
Important to know if you plan to join the growing number of online game creators, game community forum managers, or simply to put your portfolio on the web! CMAP 272 will get you started.
