Level Up Your XP at MC

Montgomery College Now Offers a Gaming Degree Montgomery College's gaming programs provide students with a well-rounded technology education that can lead them to a variety of careers. Students can learn web skills, animation, game design, 3D modeling, and computer programming—all skills that can be applied to a variety of career paths, in addition to gaming, such as web design, software development, advertising, film and cartoon animation, e-learning, biotechnology, and a host of other converging industries.

MC provides the first two years of a four year degree in gaming and simulation. Many of our students complete their A.A. degree at MC, then transfer to the University of Baltimore to complete the last two years of a bachelors degree in gaming and simulation. See the transfer page for more details. (UB classes can be taken at the Universities of Shady Grove campus, near MC).
