IS195 students win gaming award!Gaming students place as one of four finalists in USC Public Diplomacy and Virtual Worlds ContestStudents in IS195 -- the first section ever offered by Montgomery College -- have been chosen as one of four finalists in a contest sponsored by the University of Southern California's Public Diplomacy center. IS195 is a course about level design and building game worlds. The students designed their game in Second Life. NEW Gaming Degree: The new gaming degree was approved by the Montgomery College Board of Trustees on June 20, 2005. This is an A.A. degree with three tracks: game programming, game production and game graphic design. New gaming course approved!
