| CTL Full-time Faculty Fellowship Program
Each year, the CTL selects proposals from full-time faculty members
who want to make innovative changes to their courses. These Fellows
work closely with the CTL to apply the necessary skills to realize
these changes. Fellows present their projects to other faculty and
the College administration at the end of the year. Some themes for
the fellowships have included General Education, Writing in the Disciplines, and Service Learning.

Part-time Faculty Fellowship Program
The CTL
awards paid Fellowships for a limited number of part-time faculty each spring.
Part-time faculty members, who are recommended by their chairs, participate
in an online course called "Fundamentals of Good Teaching Practice." They
also meet on four Saturdays to engage in the process of microteaching for
feedback.
