GL 101 Physical Geology

A four-credit course that explores the physical aspects of the earth, such as minerals, rocks, soils, structures, land form, and internal conditions, etc. GL 101 is designed for non-science majors who need a Natural Science Laboratory Distribution (NSLD) course. (Assessment levels are EN 101/101A, MA 091, and RE 110. Three hours lecture, three hours laboratory each week; field trips.)
