The Facilities Office is located in Pavilion 2, First Floor. It is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. The office oversees all facilities departments, manages budgeted funds, and processes supply and materials purchases.

The use of space for non-instructional purposes is scheduled through the Facilities Office. Space reservation and request for services forms are available from the community use scheduler. Call 240-567-1564 or e-mail Diane Kelley with all room reservation requests.

Requests for routine maintenance or repairs may be placed with the facilities help desk at 240-567-1563 or by e-mail to TPFacilitiesHelpDesk@montgomerycollege.edu. A work order number will be issued to allow customers to inquire about the status of their requests.
