Remember!
Anthropology is a participant learning activity. All anthropology
courses have a field research component. The AN 105
(Physical Anthropology and Archaeology) includes
an observation of primate behavior at the zoo and a field
day spent doing archaeology at a local site. AN 101
(Cultural Anthropology) includes a participant observation
study that is first hand research on some aspect of 21st century
American society. You will learn with others and be able to
share your experiences!
