Coming this fall of 2007:


Clea Koff, the author of The Bone Woman, will be on campus this fall to speak about her experiences as a Forensic Anthropologist in Rwanda, Bosnia, Croatia, and Kosovo.  The daughter of documentary filmmakers, she had an international childhood, and completed both undergraduate and graduate training in anthropology and forensic anthropology.  She has participated in several missions for the UN International Criminal Tribunal.  This event is Funded by a Make it Happen! Innovation Grant awarded to the Department of Sociology, Anthropology, and Criminal Justice.  Students and faculty will have an opportunity to interact with her in special classes and events.
