Wingding   CATALOG DESCRIPTION Wingding

  Introduces computer concepts and techniques applicable to various disciplines. This course covers the most widely used software packages while providing students hands-on experience with current computer applications. Three hours each week.

Wingding   COURSE PREREQUISITES Wingding

  CA106, Computer Use and Management would be very beneficial; however, it is not required. Assessment levels: En 101/101A, MA 091, and RD 110.

Wingding   ONLINE REQUIREMENTS Wingding

  This course does not meet on campus, however, students are expected to complete assignments and participate in class discussion areas as assigned. Failure to participate and complete assignments as instructed constitutes an absence from the online course.

Wingding   TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS Wingding

  Technological ability to access Internet, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and/or Adobe Acrobat documents and to create documents in either Microsoft Word or Rich Text Format is needed.

Wingding   ON-CAMPUS REQUIREMENTS Wingding

  There will be no on-campus meetings for this class; however, Since this is an online class it is strongly recommended that you have a computer with Internet Access and the Operating System we are using for this class (Vista Operating System) at home. If your computer is not working properly you may use the computers in the computer labs at the Montgomery College computer labs. Rules and guidelines are published by the computer Lab Office and are posted outside of each office. The following Website will provide you with information regarding computer lab schedules:
