Problem with WebCT Assignment Tool!!

 

There is a significant problem with the WebCT Assignment Tool which prevents faculty from viewing/grading student assignments. This problem has been reported to our WebCT Helpdesk and has been escalated to emergency status with the Blackboard company technical support staff.

 

If you experience a problem with the Assignment Tool, please call the WebCT Helpdesk at 888.691.5059. It's important that they be aware of how many people have the same issue.

 

In the interim, some faculty who have this problem on their course sites have created alternative submission systems for their students. Generally, faculty are asking students to attach their assignments to an email. The grades can then be manually entered in the Gradebook.
