Resource Conservation is behavior or change in behavior that results in safe, reliable and economical use of resources. Balanced use of resources is the basis for sustainability and Montgomery College’s Resource Conservation Program. A Resource Conservation Plan (RCP) is prepared annually to describe the College’s efforts.
