Raymond J. Kimball is an Associate Professor in Montgomery College's Information Technology Institute (I.T.I.). He is Project Manager of TechLEAP, an intensive computer science retraining program with an internship option. Prof Kimball also is teaches and coordinates internships for CA/CS 269,the Computer Applications and Computer Science Departments' Internship Seminar.
In addition, Prof. Kimball teaches web design, e-commerce, computer science and computer applications courses for Montgomery College. He initiated a course in "Web Accessibility" for those with disabilities, which is offered through I.T.I.'s TechLEAP/WebLEAP and Continuing Education programs.
As Project Manager or coordinator of several computer internship programs at Montgomery College since 2000, Prof. Kimball arranges internships and part-time and full-time jobs for Montgomery College students in computer programming, web design, computer help desk, and network installation/administration. Students include those from the credit departments and the TechLEAP program.
Mr. Kimball holds a BA in Political Science from Williams College, Williamstown, MA, and a JD (Juris Doctor) from George Washington University Law School, Washington, DC. He concentrated his practice in communications and telecommunications law, Copyright, business planning, and mergers and acquisisionts for his clients -- Internet Service Providers (ISPs), telecommunications companies, mobile radio and business radio systems, radio and television stations, cable television systems, and others.

Mr. Kimball has taught or is teaching the following courses
Mr. Kimball developed two courses in 2001 for the Web Certificate program at the University of Virginia, Falls Church Campus -- Advanced Web Construction and E-Commerce and the Web.
Mr. Kimball composes and arranges music, including electronic music for the web, using MIDI and WAV formats. He is proficient in Flash Computer Animation, Cakewalk MIDI software and Soundforge WAVE software. He also jogs, bikes, skis, and plays tennis.
