There is a 6-story parking garage with free parking behind the Training Center (GBTC). Park in the long-term parking spaces, then take the elevator to the 4th floor. Ask for Prof. Kimball at the Customer Service Center. Prof. Kimball has many appointments and obligations outside the Training Center, so it is important to call ahead for an appointment.
