2. Public Concern Formnew windowIf you are dissatisfied with your experience at the College, we want to address your concern in a timely and appropriate manner. This form is for members of the public. 

This process is not designed to address equity or diversity complaints. If you are interested in filing a formal discrimination complaint, contact the Office of Equity and Inclusion

First, we encourage you to follow the process below to resolve your concern: 

  • Discuss the matter with the person or department/office involved in the concern.
  • If the issue is not resolved, meet with the department chair, program coordinator or supervisor of the office to investigate the issue.

If your concern has not been resolved by following the process above, you may want to complete the public concern form.

4. Student Concern Formnew windowIf you are dissatisfied with your experience at the College, we want to address your concern in a timely and appropriate manner. This form is for students. 

This process is not designed to address academic appeals or equity and diversity complaints. If you are interested in filing a formal discrimination complaint, contact the Office of Equity and Inclusion.

If you want to discuss a concern, and/or know how to present a concern, you may want to seek guidance from a faculty member, counselor, or an appropriate department or office at the College.

If you have a concern that a policy or procedure of a unit has been incorrectly or unfairly applied in your situation, you should attempt to address concerns informally by following the steps below:

  • Discuss the matter with the person or department/office involved in the concern.
  • If the issue is not resolved, meet with the department chair, program coordinator or supervisor of the office to investigate the issue.

If a concern has not been resolved by following the process above, you may want to complete the student concern form to officially document your concern.
