Business Training Facilities & Locations

Classes can be offered at your location or at a Montgomery College facility. In addition to the three main campus locations in Rockville, Germantown, and Takoma Park, the college has classrooms in the Gaithersburg Business Training Center(GBTC) located at 12 South Summit Avenue in Gaithersburg as well as several other locations around the county. Some things to keep in mind when choosing to use
your location or a College location:
1. Classroom availability
2. Equipment and hardware
3. Software
4. Number of participants
5. Instructor resources (White Board, display unit, projector, etc.)
6. “Distraction factors” (Will participants get caught up at breaks going back to their desks answering voice mail, emails, etc.?)
7. Parking
8. Security
9. Break facilities (Restrooms, lunch facilities, restaurants)
10. Convenience

If the class will be offered in your facility, the class will go smoothly when you verify with your technical support office that hardware and software issues are resolved before class day.
